Group therapy is a great form of psychotherapy that allows individuals to come together and share their stories and concerns while receiving the support and understanding they need in a therapeutic environment.


Group therapy is often used alone, but can also be integrated into an individual's treatment plan that includes individual therapy. Our team often works together collaborating with other therapists when working in a group setting.
