Group therapy is a great form of psychotherapy that allows individuals to come together and share their stories and concerns while receiving the support and understanding they need in a therapeutic environment.


Group therapy is often used alone, but can also be integrated into an individual's treatment plan that includes individual therapy. I enjoy collaborating with other therapists when working in a group setting.
